12:30 – 13:00 Tour check-in. If the weather is good for the flight after the cruise, the guide will drive to Queenstown and should reach it at 18:00.
13:00 – 15:00 Milford Sound cruise including lunch.
15:00 – 16:00 Transfer to Milford airport, flight check-in.
16:00 – 16:30 Flying to Queenstown by a plane. Your driver will go to Queenstown by van, so you’ll be transferred to a hotel in Queenstown by a shuttle. If the weather is bad, we’ll drive all together.

Dart River Funyaks is an optional tour which costs 495 NZD per person. Please, let us know how many people will do it. Others will have a free time in Queenstown.

09:15 - 15:30 Dart River safari by funyaks. You’ll travel by rafts through pristine green waters. The tour includes riding by a jet boat. Light lunch is included in the tour. You should be finished and back in Glenorchy at approximately 15:30. The finish time can be dependent on the river conditions, the fast the groups are to paddle.

Christchurch has an international airport, and you can fly from here to Australia, the USA, China, or the UAE. Alternatively, you can return to Auckland to catch your international flight there. Insurance
Booking, payment, and cancellation terms and conditions:
1. The main settlement currency is New Zealand Dollar (NZD).
2. Payment is made by the Customer in NZD/USD/EUR to the Contractor’s account in a New Zealand bank. The invoice is issued at the exchange rate on the day of issuance and must be paid by the Customer within 3 banking days.
3. To book the tour, the Customer must deposit 25% into the Contractor’s bank account.
4. The remaining amount must be paid not later than 3 November 2024 inclusive (on November 3, the money must be on the Contractor’s account).
5. All changes to this Contract must be made in writing as appendixes to the Contract, signed by the Customer and the Contractor.
6. When canceling a tour at the initiative of the Customer, the following penalties apply:
6.1. 30 or more days before the start of the tour - 500 NZD + expenses actually incurred by the Contractor, if any (for example, non-refundable hotels, air fares etc.).
6.2. 29-15 days before the start of the tour - 25% of the tour price.
6.3. 14-8 days before the start of the tour - 50% of the tour price.
6.4. 7 or less days before the start of the tour - 100% of the tour price.
7. Services paid but not claimed by tourists are non-refundable.
8. In case of cancellation of the tour at the initiative of the Contractor, the Contractor returns 100% of the paid services to the Customer.
9. If an activity is cancelled during the tour due to weather conditions, the rules of a provider apply. Usually in these cases 100% of an activity’s cost is refundable.
